PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of 桃花直播 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a land use permit impacting University of 桃花直播 land.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments
to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of 桃花直播 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to renew a land use permit authorizing Homer Electric Association, Inc.'s meteorological tower for renewable energy research on University land near Homer, 桃花直播. The permit fee will be at or above fair market value. The permit term with extensions is four years.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
