The University of �һ�ֱ�� (“University”) intends to renew a land use permit authorizing Homer Electric Association, Inc.'s meteorological tower for renewable energy research near Homer, �һ�ֱ��. The permit fee will be at or above fair market value. The permit term with extensions is four years.
